Novo Mail Service Config Guide

The Novo Mail Service is an enhancement to the Novo.Scheduler Windows service that is installed to the Web Server Services when you install Novo.
 
The Novo.Scheduler service...
  1. Sends scheduled reports, and
  2. (If the Novo Mail Service is licensed) polls configured email accounts.  When emails are found, they are validated and then created as Requests in the Novo software.

If you are using Active Directory Integrated Windows Authentication, Anonymous Access for the API and Runtime folders must be enabled.

  1. Open IIS and browse to and expand the Virtual Directory.
  2. Right click on the API folder.
  3. Select Properties and then select the Directory Security tab.
  4. Under Anonymous Access and Authentication Control, select Edit.
  5. Check Anonymous Access at the top.
  6. Click Ok.
  7. Repeat steps 1 - 6 for the Runtime folder.
