Known Issues 

The fixes for the following issue/s are expected in the next release of 4.8.

  1. Is and Is Not Filters are not applied to Reports when a text field is used and the filtered variable value is blank
  2. Text strings entered into Help Desk Notes without spaces do not wrap causing the user interface to stretch horizontally
  3. Using the API to update a ticket fails with The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_CASE_NOTES_CUSTOMERS". 
  4. After submitting feedback, the Feedback form goes away but does not come back after logout/login. (It disappears by design but it should reappear after a new session id is created)
