Using WorkFlows
The WorkFlows module enables you to automatically define and assign commonly reocurring tasks to individuals or groups of individuals.
You can use the WorkFlows module if you need a standardized process to approve or review new or modified Knowledge Base articles, or for responding to Help Desk tickets.
Creation and management of WorkFlows is done manually or through automatic assignment via Custom Rules.
