Enhancements to User Defined Fields (UDFs) in Version 5.20

The following changes were made to User Defined Fields in Version 5.2.

  1.  Added the Option to Display User Defined Fields in the Public Interface for Requests.

    Currently, all User Defined Fields are displayed on the Requests Grid in the Public Interface.
    Beginning in Version 5.2, you have the option to display the User Defined Field on the Request Grid in the Public Interface.


     
  2. Added the Ability to Set a Default Value for UDF Date and Date/Time Fields.

    You now have three options when creating a Date or Date/Time User Defined Field.
    Leave Blank - the date or date/time is manually entered on the Request form.
    Current Date - the date or date/time value is automatically populated with the current date/time when the Request is created.
    Enable - when the Request is created, the date or date/time value is populated with the predefined date.
