Enhancements to the Knowledge Base in Version 5.20
The following changes were made to the Knowledge Base in Version 5.2
- Added the ability to mask the "All Clear" button.
Added a Manage Archives Role permission.
If checked, the All Clear button is displayed and the User has the ability to clear archived articles.
If unchecked, the All Clear button is not displayed.
- Added the ability to enable & remove highlights on Knowledge Base search results.
Browse to Admin > Knowledge Base > Settings and scroll down to the Search Settings section.
Check or uncheck "Enable Highlights on Search Results."
