Enhancements to Forms/Templates in Version 5.20
The following changes were made to Forms/Templates in Version 5.2.
- Ability to Default and Limit Public Templates by Account.
When creating an Account for Public Users, you can choose which Request Templates can be used by this Account.
- Ability to assign Group and Portal View Filters to Request Templates.
Browse to Admin > Requests > Request Templates and click Add New Template or edit an existing Template.
Portal Views - you can assign certain Portal Views to this Request Template so only Public Users with the assigned Portal Views will be able to see this template.
Groups - you can assign certain Admin Groups to this Request Template so only Admin Users with a Role in the assigned Group will be able to see this Template.
- Added "Auto Punch Out" feature for the Auto Timer.
In previous versions, if the Auto Timer was enabled for Requests, the timer would still run even after an Admin User exited the Request. Beginning in version 5.2 the Auto Timer will stop when an Admin User saves and closes a Request.
