Version 5.2 contains the following enhancements:

Below are bugs and incidents that are resolved with Version 5.2.
 
Feature Description
Reports FIXED: Change ElaspedBusHours to be displayed as hh:mm instead of total minutes
Novo Scheduler Service FIXED: Object reference not set to an instance of an object when no Email Account is defined in Incoming Email Settings
GUI-Interface FIXED: Inconsistant display of Help Desk Due Dates
Smart Tags FIXED: Smart Tags are not populated from end user addresses
Reports FIXED: Report Counts display as Date formats when a Date field is counted in a report
Help Desk-Email FIXED: Unable to add multiple email addresses in the Send or CC line when an email is sent from Edit Notes
Accounts/Contacts FIXED: Cannot save a value to 'website' in a contact record with Flat Contacts enabled
Email FIXED: Miscellaneous Reports View Errors when a report is sent via Email
Reports FIXED: Exactly one Column Reference has NOT been established in Novo_RW_FamilyColumnRef for UdfDefId # having FamilyID 5
 

Known Issue in 5.2:  This issue applies to using the Advanced Search for Requests.  When checking "Search in Attachments"  the search results is displaying iterations of the attached files.  We hope to have this issue resolved within the next week.  Until then, avoid checking the Search in Attachments" box.
