Hide User Defined Fields in Public Interface
Purpose:
The ability to hide UDFs (User Defined Fields) on the Request grid in the Public Interface is a known issue and will be resolved in a future update. In the mean time, follow the steps below if you would like to hide the UDFs in the Public Interface.
Prerequisites: Version 5.10.
Steps:
- Download and unzip the attached viewcase_noudfL51.zip
- On the web server, navigate to the {novo root}\app folder.
- Rename the viewcase.asp file to viewcase_old.asp.
- Copy and paste the viewcase.asp file from the zip folder to the {novo root}\app folder.
Notes:
- Do not replace the viewcase.asp if you are on version 5.00.00 or earlier. Contact us for further instructions.
