5.00.04 Release Notes


Enhancements


Version 5.00.04 contains the following enhancement:
  1. We've added  'Add Note' and 'Edit' buttons to the Request and Asset view windows; and we've added an 'Add Note' button to the End User Request view window.

Fixes 
 
Below are bugs and incidents that are resolved with version 5.00.04:

Forms/Templates Fixed an issue where Asset Templates could not be created when Request Management was not licensed
Rules Fixed an issue where 'Modified' rules were not working
HD/KB Integration Fixed an issue where no request content was saved when 'Create Article' was pressed on the Edit Request window
KB-Article Mgmt Fixed an issue where non Super Admins could access Article Update Tool; but could not save settings
KB-Rules Fixed an issue where the 'Update Content Type To' action was missing in Knowledge Base Custom Rules
KB-Rules Fixed an issue where 'Categories'  were not present as a condition in Knowledge Base Custom Rules

Known Issues 

The fixes for the following issues are expected in version 5.00.05:

HD-Search Requests search results are improperly formatted when a when a result set includes an attachment
Novo Mail Service - Email ScheduledJobs.Status hangs on 'Inprogress' when an unusually large email is processed
Novo Scheduler Service Email Service Log Error: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' when no Email Account is defined in Incoming Email Settings
Subscriptions Subscribe to an Article dialog box is blank when the subscriber is anonymous
HD/KB Integration Non Super Admins cannot see anything but Public/Enabled articles when attempting to relate articles from a request



 Other

Note that there is no Label for "Microsoft Exchange 2013" when creating a Novo Mail Service email account; however selecting 'Microsoft Exchange (2007, 2010)' will work for Exchange 2013.
