Assigning WorkFlows via Article Button Bar
Purpose: To assign workflows using the Article Button Bar.
Prerequisites: Novo intial software settings, Module Configuration, Workflow Configuration.
Steps:
- Go to the Knowledge Base Articles and select a target article.
- Click Tasks on the Button Bar.
- Select a WorkFlow from the ones predefined for the Knowledge Base and click Add.
- The list of Tasks for this WorkFlow will be displayed.
