Assigning WorkFlows via Edit Ticket Form

Purpose: To assign workflows using the Edit Ticket Form.

Prerequisites: Novo intial software settings, Module Configuration, Workflow Configuration

Steps:
  1. Click Help Desk.
  2. Select a target Ticket and click the Edit Icon.
  3. Expand the form by clicking the Expand button.
  4. Scroll down to the Tasks section to find the WorkFlow drop-down box on the right just above the list of tasks.
  5. Select a WorkFlow from the ones predefined for the Help Desk and click Add.

  6. After the new WorkFlow has been added, its tasks will be included in the Task List.
