WorkFlow Statuses

Purpose: To create new Workflow Statuses.
 
Prerequisites: Novo initial software setting, Module Configuration, List of Statuses to create.
 
Steps:
 
  1. Click Admin->Setup->Statuses: Workflows
  2. The following page will be displayed



  3. Click Add New Status. 


  4. Type in the Status name.  This is a required field
  5. Display in Knowledge Base - Check this to display the status when editing Tasks for the Knowledge Base.
  6. Display in Help Desk - Check this to display the status when editing Tasks for the Help Desk.
  7. Click Save to save the status
  8. Click Reset to return the form to it's last saved state.
  9. Click Back to go back to the Statuses page
