Enable Auto Nag | Check this box to enable the Auto Nag feature. If the status of a task is New, an email is sent to the assigned User of the Task. The body of the email will be the same text that is entered in the "Send Notification when New Task is Added" field. |
Auto Nag Grace Period (in days)* | Displayed when Enable Auto Nag is checked. Enter the number of days before the Auto Nag starts. |
Auto Nag Frequency* | Displayed when Enable Auto Nag is checked. You can determine how often the Auto Nag notification is sent based on the number of hours or days. Please note that: - A task must have a Start Date enabled and an assigned user

Send Notification when New Task is Added | When enabled an email will be sent to the assigned user when a new Task is created. |

Auto Escalation Recipients | Email address that would be notified when tasks are passed due and the escalation.asp script is run (requires a scheduled task be run on the web server) |
Send Request Task | When request is saved - email notifications are sent when the Request is saved. When tasks are added - email notifications are sent when the Workflow is instantiated. |
