How to Analyze Log Files to Identify Failures

Purpose: To analyze Log Files to Identify Failures 

Prerequisites: Initial Novo Software Settings

Steps:
  1. To view the log, go to Admin->Setup->Requests->Custom Rules->Requests Log.
  2. The Requests Log screen will open presenting all the logged custom rules.
  3. You can sort the logs by all columns, or you can use the filters at the top of the table to narrow your log display. 

Using the information provide in the log files, you can quickly see related issues and incidents, which help you identify and resolve the problem.
