Introducing the Manage Requests Interface

Click the Requests tab to display the Manage Requests page.  Requests are listed on this page after they've been created.  From here you can add, edit, delete, or search Requests.  You also have the ability to display all or specific Requests based on the values entered in the individual filters.  Selected columns of information can be displayed or hidden based on user preferences.
If you don't need to display every Request you can use the Filters to display specific Requests.  You can filter the Request list with the following filters:
  • Status
  • Account
  • Priority
  • Category
  • Group
  • Assigned To:
  • Form Template
To display specific Requests, select a value for the desired filter(s) then click the Apply Filters button.

You can perform various functions with the following buttons:
  • The Delete button allows you to delete a Request.  Once a Request is deleted it cannot be recovered unless you back up your database and restore the backup.
  • The checkbox is used in conjunction with the Delete button.  To delete a Request check the box for the desired Request then click the Delete button.
  • The Copy button allows you to create another copy of the Request.  The new Request will have its own unique ID.
  • The View button allows you to see the Request in a non-edit mode.
  • The Notes button allows you to see the Notes associated with the Request.  From here you can add a new Note or edit an existing Note.
  • The Tasks button allows you to see Tasks associated with the Request.  From here you can add a new Task or Workflow.  You can also edit existing Tasks.
  • The Print Request button allows you to print the Request.
  • The Print button (to the right of the Excel button) allows you to print the Request list on the Manage Requests page.
  • The Excel button allows you to export the Request list to Excel.
Each Admin User has the ability to display specific information based on their work or personal perference.  By default all predefined and user defined fields are displayed on the Manage Requests page.
  • Click the  button in the column header to hide information.  To display the information click the Field Chooser button, select the appropriate fields and click ok.
  • To sort the list by a specific column, click the desired column header. The list will be sorted in either ascending or descending order.
