Managing Your Article Subscriptions
Purpose: To explain how public users can manage their subscriptions.
Prerequisites: Enable Subscriptions for Public Contacts Admin->Setup->Settings: Knowledge Base
Steps:
- Click My Profile->Subscriptions
- Find and subscribe to articles
- Subscribe to articles and sub articles through a search
