Questions Submitted via the Public Side of Novo

Each user who accesses the public part of the Novo software, has the possibility to submit questions to administrator or to persons authorized to provide customer support.

Users can submit questions via the Public Part by clicking the  button on the top menu while being in the article they would like to ask a question for. This will open the Add Question for [article name] window, where the user can enter the question text after specifying her/his name (optional), phone number (optional) and email (mandatory).

All questions submitted by users on the Public Part can be managed by admin users on the Admin Part.
