Editing Knowledge Base WorkFlows & Tasks

Purpose: To add and edit Workflow Tasks
 
Prerequisites: Purchase of Knowledge Base or Request Workflow module.
 
Steps:
  1. Click Workflows
  2. Here you can Edit or Add Worklfows as well as add Tasks to workflows



  3. Click the  icon to edit the name of the Workflow



  4. Click the Tasks Icon to add or edit Tasks associated with the Workflow



Add WorkFlow Tasks to Requests
  1. Click Requests > Add a Request.
  2. Fill in Problem/Issue.
  3. Expand the Tasks section.
  4. Click the Workflow dropdown and select desired Workflow.
     


  5. Click the Add button.
