Release Notes 4.50.06


Enhancements

Version 4.50.06 contains three enhancements:
  1. Pressing "Add A Ticket" on the Manage Tickets page will create a new ticket without a contact where previously, admin users were forced to select a contact prior to creating a ticket.
  2. Provided "GoURL" capability in 3rd Party authentication tool. this is the ability to code a hyperlink to a specific resouirce using the 3rd Party Authentication Tool.
  3. Added a bulk save capability to Article_Content_Search to accomodate the importing of articles from external sources.

Known Issues 

The fixes for the following issues are expected in version 4.50.07.

  1. Users with a role that does not include the Add/Edit Article permission cannot relate articles to tickets.
