Novo Software 4.41.00 Release Notes


Enhancements

Version 4.41.00 contains three enhancements:
  1. Help Desk Custom Rule Enhancements
    • Improved Custom Rule interface for the Added by and Modified by events introduced in version 4.40.09
  2. Centralized Style Management
    • Style sheets have been merged to allow style management from a single location
    • If your organization uses Custom Styles, your site may be affected by this change. Click here for information.

Known Issues

In version 4.41, all style sheets have been merged to provide one central location for the editing of styles. Organizations implementing custom styles in the Novo Solutions software mayl experience inconsistent styles directly after they complete the upgrade to version 4.41. A script is provided to assist in merging of custom style sheets. Please click here for more information.
