5.20.02 Enhancements
Version 5.20.02 contains the following enhancements:
Knowledge Base
- We added the ability to report on Article Questions
Request Management
- We added the ability to edit Contact information for a Memorized Ticket (view updated documentation)
- We made changes to the way the Auto Ticket Timer works
- We changed the Novo Mail Service to accept certain smart tags from contacts
5.20.02 Fixes
Below are bugs and incidents that are resolved with version 5.20.02:
- We fixed an issue where tickets could not be updated using the Novo Mail Service when 'Groups' are disabled and the sender was not assigned to the Ticket
- We fixed an issue 'No Data' or 'There is no or empty series' when viewing charts created with TotalTimeLog after the 5.20.00 update
- We fixed an issue where Ticket Templates would not replicate Portal View or Group settings when the Template was copied
