Suppress Time Portion on Report
Purpose: By default the Date and Time are displayed in all Date/Time fields on a report. This article shows you how to suppress the Time portion if only the Date needs to be displayed on a report.
Prerequisites: Permission to create or edit reports.
Steps:
- Create a new report or edit an existing report with Date/Time fields.
- On the Column Properties page of the Report Designer, Locate the desired Date/Time field. Note that the Date/Time mask is displayed in the Report Label field.
- Edit the mask by removing the 'h:mm tt' portion.
- Before editing the Date/Time mask
- After editing the Date/Time mask
- Finish creating or editing the report.
- Save the report.
- Report Results.
