Managing Questions Submitted via the Public Side of Novo

Purpose: To manage the questions submitted through the public side of Novo.

Prerequisities: Novo initial software settings.

Steps:

  1. Click Admin -> Management -> Questions.



  2. To respond to the question, click on the email address associated with that question. This will open an email screen based on the computer's default email software program.
  3. The only action the admin can do with the question is to delete it after giving the response to this question. To do so, mark the check box next to the article's name and click the Delete button.
