The Search Log

Purpose: To enable the Search Log.

Prerequisites: Novo initial software settings.

Steps:

  1. Click Admin->Setup->Settings: Knowledge Base 
  2. Scroll to Search Settings



  3. Check the "Enable Search Log" checkbox.
  4. Set the desired amount of search log results for the "Search Log" settings page.
  5. Save the new settings.
