Hit Tracking

Permissions Description
 Enable Admin View Hit Tracking
  •  This setting, when checked, enables "Hit Tracking" on the admin side of the KnowledgeBase.
  • When an article is viewed, (or "hit"), in the administrative side of the KnowledgeBase, the KnowledgeBase will update the "Hit Counter" for this article.
  • The number of hits can be viewed in the Admin -> Reports on the administrative side or the "Most Popular Articles" on the public side of the KnowledgeBase
Enable Public/Intranet View Hit Tracking  This setting, when checked, enables "Hit Tracking" on the public side of the KnowledgeBase.
Display "Most Popular Link" on Public View  This will display a link to the articles with the most hits.
Enable Helpful/Popular Articles Group Filter Mark this check box to display group filters pane on the Most Popular Articles and Most Helpful Articles pages.
Number of Articles on the Most Popular Articles page

This setting configures the number of articles on the "Most Popular Articles" page.
