Enable Admin View Hit Tracking | - This setting, when checked, enables "Hit Tracking" on the admin side of the KnowledgeBase.
- When an article is viewed, (or "hit"), in the administrative side of the KnowledgeBase, the KnowledgeBase will update the "Hit Counter" for this article.
- The number of hits can be viewed in the Admin -> Reports on the administrative side or the "Most Popular Articles" on the public side of the KnowledgeBase

Enable Public/Intranet View Hit Tracking | This setting, when checked, enables "Hit Tracking" on the public side of the KnowledgeBase. |
Display "Most Popular Link" on Public View | This will display a link to the articles with the most hits. |
Enable Helpful/Popular Articles Group Filter | Mark this check box to display group filters pane on the Most Popular Articles and Most Helpful Articles pages. |
Number of Articles on the Most Popular Articles page | This setting configures the number of articles on the "Most Popular Articles" page. |
