| Sort By | Use this "Drop Down" list to select how articles are sorted in the Left Navigation Pane. The choices are: - Order: (The order that is manually set for each article)
- Short Title: (Alphabetically by Short Title)
- Long Title: (Alphabetically by Long Title)

| Display Sub Article List Below the Content | This will enable the display of sub articles in a list below the article content in the right pane. |
| Display Article Author on Admin View | Choose this option to display the "Author" below the current article for admin users. |
| Display Article Author on Public View | Choose this option to display the "Author" below the current article for public users. |
| Display Article Editor on Admin View | Choose this option to display the current "Editor" below the current article for admin users. |
| Display Article Editor on Public View | Choose this option to display the current "Editor" below the current article for public users. |
| Display Article Id on Admin View | Choose this option to display the "Article ID" below the current article for admin users. |
| Display Article Id on Public View | Choose this option to display the "Article ID" below the current article for public users. |
| Display Article Keywords on Admin View | Choose this option to display the "Article Keywords", from the keywords field, below the current article for admin users. |

| Display "Last Modified Date" on Admin View | Choose this option to display the "Last Modified Date" below the current article for admin users. |

| Display Titles in Included Articles | When an articles are included into other articles, choose whether the titles of the included articles will display within the container articles. |
| Display Left Drill Down Navigation/Menu | This option displays or hides the "Left Navigation" pane. |
| Left Drill Down Navigation/Menu Width* | This setting with the next two settings, Percents and Pixels, determines how much of the screen is occupied by the Left Navigation pane. - Percents
Indicates that the unit of measurement for the "Left Drill Down Navigation/Menu Width" setting is a percentage of the full screen. - Pixels
Indicates that the unit of measurement for the "Left Drill Down Navigation/Menu Width" setting is in pixels. |
| Directory/Navigation Separator | This setting defines the character that is used to "Separate" the levels of articles above the Right pane button bar. |
| Display Breadcrumb Trail in Public View | Displays a trail of where a user has been. |
| Display "Email This Article" on Public View | With this option enabled, the "Email This Article" icon is displayed in both the admin and public views. Users can quickly email the current article. |
| Number of subarticles on the page* | This option sets the limit to the number of article titles that will be displayed below the current article. |
| Enable Author Notification (on article edit) | Notify the author of an article when it is edited. |
| Author Notification Text | If Enable Author Notification is checked, the email notification will be populated with the content from this box |
| Enable RSS Feeds | This option enables the RSS icon  at the upper right of the Public pages; above the Login information. Clicking this icon will open an RSS Feeds page where users can get feeds for the following Public/Enabled article groups: - Most Popular Articles
