Using the Reset Hits Feature
Purpose: To reset the hits counter.
Note: When you create an article, an automatic hit-counting feature is enabled by default. The counter increments each time someone views the article.
Prerequisites: Articles created.
Steps:
- If you need to reset the hits counter, click on the Reset Hits button.
- A confirmation dialog box appears as shown below.
- Click OK to reset the hits counter for the related article.
