Labels/background colors are not displayed correctly on certain aspx pages (i.e. Mail Service Log) when Custom Theme is used

Problem Description: |
Admin > Management > Mail Service Log - labels are missing and grid does not display correctly. Admin > Management > Email History - labels are missing and grid does not display correctly. This issue is caused when a Custom Theme is used (in Admin - Setup - Core/General - Customize Themes) after an upgrade to 4.7. The previous custom theme files (which could have files modified by the customer) are not overwritten (to preserve any customer changes. However, the Skins.skins file needs to be updated to work with some new controls (i.e. Grid lists, Date Pickers, etc.) in 4.7. Without this update file the background colors, etc. will not display properly |

On the Server where the Novo app is installed, open Windows Explorer and go to the directory/folder where the Novo app is installed (i.e. c:\program files\novo). Go into the app\App_Themes\Default folder and copy the Skins.skin file. Now go to App_Themes\Custom\ and paste the file. When it prompts you, choose yes to replace/overwrite the Skins.skin file. In the Novo web interface, go to Admin - Management - Mail Service Log and the page should display with colors now. |
