Step 1 - Novo Config Tool Download
| Novo Config Tool - If you are upgrading from version 4.8 or earlier, there is a new Novo Config Tool. This new Tool is required to install the Novo software. Please go to Add/Remove Programs on your web server to uninstall the existing Novo Config Tool and install the new Tool at the link provided below:
Note: Config Tool Versions 2.0.19 or earlier will *NOT* install versions later than 5.0 correctly even though it appears to. You *MUST* use Config Tool Version 2.0.20 or later to upgrade your Novo software. |
