Content Templates are not found

Also, there are no options in the Template selector when attempting to create an article. When you attempt to create a Template, you receive the error below: VBError: C:\ServerFileSystemLocation\app\admin\virtual\content_templates\Blank.HTML not found Likewise, when you attempt to create an article from a ticket, you receive the error below: VBError: C:\ServerFileSystemLocation\app\admin\virtual\content_templates\ticket2article.htm not found | | Problem Description: | The Novo Config Tool attempts to deliver pre-defined HTML Article Templates that can be loaded when creating or editing an article. In certain cases, these files are not placed. | Resolution: | To resolve the errors and get the pre-defined attachments: - download the attachment "ContentTemplates.zip" below this article
- unzip it to the Content_Templates folder in the Novo file system on the Web Server (i.e. C:\{ServerFileSystemLocation}\app\admin\virtual\content_templates
