Content Templates are not found

Version:  Novo Config Tool: 2.0.00-2.0.12; Novo Software: 4.60.03 or higher

Circumstances:
(Upgrade, reinstalled, moved server, etc)

After installing with Novo Config Tool versions: 2.0.00 through 2.0.12, No Article Templates are found in Admin>Setup>Knowledge Base>Article Templates. Also, there are no options in the Template selector when attempting to create an article.

When you attempt to create a Template, you receive the error below:
 
VBError: C:\ServerFileSystemLocation\app\admin\virtual\content_templates\Blank.HTML not found
 
Likewise, when you attempt to create an article from a ticket, you receive the error below:
 
VBError: C:\ServerFileSystemLocation\app\admin\virtual\content_templates\ticket2article.htm not found

Problem Description:

The Novo Config Tool attempts to deliver pre-defined HTML Article Templates that can be loaded when creating or editing an article. In certain cases, these files are not placed.
 

Resolution:

To resolve the errors and get the pre-defined attachments:

  1. download the attachment "ContentTemplates.zip" below this article
  2. unzip it to the Content_Templates folder in the Novo file system on the Web Server (i.e. C:\{ServerFileSystemLocation}\app\admin\virtual\content_templates
Note: Replace {ServerFileSystemLocation} with the file system path location for the Novo software on your Web Server.
