SQL Server 7 and SQL Server 2000 Advisory - May 1, 2010 * new

• Effective May 1, 2010, Novo Solutions will discontinue testing Novo Solutions software products on SQL Server versions prior to and including version 2000. The upcoming version 4.7 will not be tested on SQL Server versions prior to and including version 2000.

Novo Version 4.5 and below - April 16, 2010 * new

• Effective Januarary 1, 2010, Novo Solutions will discontinue support for all product versions prior to and including version 4.5. Email and phone support for Annual Support Contract holders for these versions will only be offered as assistance with upgrading to the current version.
• Customers who have purchased a Novo Support Contract can upgrade at no further cost by using the Novo Config Tool. Click here for more information.
